Skin Test required 48hours prior to all colour services.
Due to an increase in appointment cancellations, in line with the industry standard, we will be implementing a 50% non refundable booking fee upon appointment booking. All future bookings will require this pre payment which will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your service We will require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments, please refer to our cancellation policies on our website. This is to protect our business and ensure we can continue to serve our customers and support our team members for many years to come.
If you test positive with a lateral flow test or PCR Test out of these terms we kindly request that you send us proof of positive test to firstname.lastname@example.org to honour the movement of the appointment.
If you are booked for a colour service it is our policy to skin test all clients every six months from their last colour visit and all new clients to the salon 48 hours prior to their appointment. Failure to do so may result in you being refused your intended colour service and charged accordingly for the appointment slot.
If you are not pleased with your hair we are happy to offer you an appointment to correct anything you are dissatisfied with within 7 days of your appointment.
Any corrective action after that will be chargeable.
