A hair consultation is designed to assess your hair’s condition, discuss your goals, and recommend suitable services and products. Consultations are a 30-minute booking to meet our Team of hair specialists, who will assess, carry out any relevant tests and provide professional advice and a plan on how to deliver the best and safest results for your hair type and lifestyle. Consultation fees may apply. Fees are redeemable against your first service if you proceed within 14 days. Consultation fees are non-refundable if you choose not to book a service. No show policies apply. Online forms are emailed to you for record to be completed and returned prior to appointment.
Terms and Conditions:
New clients are required to have a skin test 48 hours prior to appointment service. Existing clients who have not had their hair coloured with Carter & Shields in 6 months or longer will also be required to carry out a skin test prior to appointment. Failure to do so may result in you being refused your intended colour service and charged accordingly for the appointment slot. Colour services only available for 16 and over.
