Terms and Conditions:

To ensure your Beauty Works Professional Hair Warranty remains valid, the following conditions must be met:
• A Beauty Works Consultation form must be completed before the fitting.
• Any concern with the hair must be reported via email within 30 days of the receipt date; this is due to human hair being a consumable item during wear.
• We recommend the use of Beauty Works aftercare and styling range and cannot guarantee the quality of Beauty Works extensions with other formulas.
• Aftercare products must be purchased at the time of purchasing the hair extensions, and you must have proof of continuous aftercare purchases.
• Any colouring and toning of Beauty Works hair extensions is done at the client’s own risk.
• Goods and services are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management including heat damage, incorrect aftercare, holidays, exposure to pool chlorine, sea water, UV rays, and long gaps between maintenance appointments.
• Hair extensions may change colour over time due to environmental factors.
• There is no definitive lifespan on any type of hair extensions. Blonde hair extensions may have a shorter life due to the bleach content.
• Colour and textures can vary from batch to batch due to the characteristics of raw human hair.
• Hair extensions need regular maintenance, and we recommend a maintenance appointment every 4-6 weeks.
