ALLERGY TESTING – Your safety is our priority. If you are required to have a skin test but havent then we will not be able to continue with a colour serviceinline with current regulations and you may stll be charged for the appointment.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS AND PREPAYMENTS – We respectfully request 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments and send a text message and email to customers 48 hours prior to appointments to confirm. if you should need to cancel or move your appointment you may incur a charge of 50%

We will send you a payment link to pay your prepayment for your booking and will be stored on file.

New clients are required too have a skin test 48 hours prior to appointment service. Existing clients who haven’t had their hair coloured with Carter & Shields in 6 months or longer, will also be required to carry out a skin test prior to appointment. Failure to do so may result in you being refused your intended colour service and charged accordingly for the appointment slot.
