New clients are required too have a skin test 48 hours prior to appointment service. Existing clients who haven't had their hair coloured with Carter & Shields in 6 months or longer, will also be required to carry out a skin test prior to appointment. Failure to do so may result in you being refused your intended colour service and charged accordingly for the appointment slot.
